Radar - Interior - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the LH middle A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  2. Remove the LH IP end cap. See End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  3. Remove the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  4. Remove the driver sun visor. See Sun Visor - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  5. Repeat step  1 through step  4 for the RH side of the vehicle.
  6. Remove the lower quad camera cover. See Quad Camera Cover - Lower (Remove and Replace) .
  7. Remove the rear view mirror. See Mirror - Rear View (Remove and Replace) .
  8. Remove the upper quad camera cover. See Quad Camera Cover - Upper (Remove and Replace) .
  9. Release the clips (x5) that attach the front of the headliner to the vehicle.

  10. Release the locking tab, and then depress the black to disconnect the interior radar assembly.

  11. Remove the bolt that attaches the interior radar to body.

    9 N.m (6.6 ft-lbs) 

    NOTE: The bolt is captive inside radar housing and cannot be removed from the radar assembly.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • T30 socket

  12. Release the clip that attaches the interior radar to the body, and then remove the radar from the vehicle.
