Neutral/Start Switch

Disconnect electrical connector from neutral/start switch at transmission or transaxle. Note terminal identification. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Using ohmmeter, check for continuity at specified terminals with gearshift in proper positions. See NEUTRAL/START SWITCH SPECIFICATIONS table. Replace neutral/start switch if defective.
