Supercharger Relay

NOTE: Supercharger relay may also be referred to as magnetic clutch relay.
  1. Ensure ignition is off. Remove supercharger relay, located on passenger's side of underhood compartment, near wiper motor and contains a Black 4-pin electrical connector. See Figure.
  2. To test supercharger relay continuity, using ohmmeter, check continuity between specified terminals. See Fig 1 and Fig 2.
  3. To test supercharger relay operation, apply battery voltage and ground to relay and use ohmmeter to check continuity between specified terminals. See Fig 1 and Fig 2. Replace supercharger relay if defective.
