Shift Interlock Control Module: Testing and Inspection

SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU (ATM)

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU
a. Disconnect the connector of shift lock control ECU.

b. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminal

c. Connect STP terminal to the batteries' positive (+) terminal, and E terminal to the battery negative (-) terminal, and apply about 12 V between STP - E terminals.

d. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals.
