TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS - ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR OUTPUT STUCK AT LOW ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE
| The monitor will run whenever the following DTCs are not present | P0100, P0102, P0103 (MAF sensor) |
| Cumulative idle off period | 250 seconds or more |
| Speed increase by 18.6 mph (30 km/h) or more | 10 times or more |
| ECT at engine start | 35° to 60°C (95° to 140°F) |
| IAT at engine start | -6.7°C (20°F) or more |
| IAT sensor circuit fail | Not detected |
