Charging System (1ZZ-FE): Generator: Installation

INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the generator with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: Bolt A
  
  25 N*m (250 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)
  
  Bolt B
  
  54 N*m (550 kgf*cm, 40 ft.*lbf)

2. Connect the A/C connector [B].
3. Install the wire harness clamp [C].
4. Connect the generator connector [D].
5. Install the generator wire with the nut [E].
  Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
6. Install the terminal cap No. 2.

CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
