DTC C1A22: Object Recognition Camera Incorrect Axial Gap; DTC C1A23: Object Recognition Camera Initialization Incomplete: Procedure

  1. ADJUST LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Adjust the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to ADJUSTMENT .

    NEXT: Go to next step 

  2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM) 
    1. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
    2. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
    3. Turn the power switch off.
    4. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    5. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (30 mph) or more with lane keeping assist switch on.
    6. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK

      DTC is not output.

    NG → See step   3 

    OK → END 

  3. REPLACE LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Replace the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to REMOVAL .
    2. Adjust the lane recognition camera sensor assembly. Refer to ADJUSTMENT .

    NEXT: Go to next step 

  4. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM) 
    1. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
    2. Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
    3. Turn the power switch off.
    4. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    5. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (30 mph) or more with lane keeping assist switch on.
    6. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK

      DTC is not output.

    NG → See step   5 

    OK → END 

  5. REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU. Refer to  REMOVAL
