- READ OUTPUT DTC
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision and Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.

- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Select "CAN Bus Check" from the "System Selection Menu" screen on the Techstream.
- Select "Communication Malfunction DTC" from the "CAN Bus Check" screen, and then select "Enter".

- CHECK MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR (IGB VOLTAGE)
- Disconnect the millimeter wave radar sensor connector.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK: Go to next step
- CHECK MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR (SGND CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the millimeter wave radar sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- REPLACE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR
- Replace the millimeter wave radar sensor. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Adjust the millimeter wave radar sensor. Refer to ADJUSTMENT .
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Clear the DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Turn the cruise control main switch on.
- Drive the vehicle at the required speed (27 mph (45 km/h) or higher).
- Check if the same DTC is output. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR
