The combination meter assembly (meter circuit plate) communicates with the ECM, hybrid vehicle control ECU, skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly), power steering ECU assembly, main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU), airbag ECU assembly, radio and display receiver assembly*1, navigation receiver assembly*2, No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH*4, forward recognition camera*3 and driving support ECU assembly*3 via CAN communication.

U0100 Lost Communication with ECM / PCM "A" When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with ECM continues for 2 seconds or more
  • No communication with hybrid vehicle control ECU continues for 3 seconds or more

  • Hybrid vehicle control ECU
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)

U0129 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) continues for 2 seconds or more
  • Skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly)
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored -
U0131 Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with power steering ECU assembly continues for 3 seconds or more
  • Power steering ECU assembly
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)

U0142 Lost Communication with Body Control Module "B" When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) continues for 3 seconds or more
  • Main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU)
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)

U0151 Lost Communication with Restraints Control Module When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with airbag ECU assembly continues for 10 seconds or more
  • Airbag ECU assembly
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)

U0163 Lost Communication with Navigation Control Module When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with radio and display receiver assembly*1 or navigation receiver assembly*2 continues for 3 seconds or more
  • Radio and display receiver assembly*1
  • Navigation receiver assembly*2
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored -
U0182 Lost Communication with Lighting Control Module Front Diagnosis Condition:
  • The power switch is on (IG)
  • IG power source voltage is 9.5 V or more

Malfunction Status:
  1. No communication with No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH continues

Malfunction Time:
  1. 10 seconds or more
  • No. 1 headlight ECU sub-assembly LH
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored w/ AFS
U023A Lost Communication with Front Camera Module When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with forward recognition camera continues for 10 seconds or more
  • Forward recognition camera
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored w/ Forward Recognition Camera
U0293 Lost Communication with Hybrid Vehicle Control System When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with hybrid vehicle control ECU continues for 10 seconds or more
  • Hybrid vehicle control ECU
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored -
U1104 Lost Communication with Driving Support ECU When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:
  • No communication with driving support ECU assembly continues for 10 seconds or more
  • Driving support ECU assembly
  • CAN communication system
  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)
 DTC stored w/ Forward Recognition Camera
  1. *1: for Radio and Display Type
  2. *2: for Navigation Receiver Type
  3. *3: w/ Forward Recognition Camera
