DTC U0100-87: Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message; DTC U0125-87: Lost Communication with Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module Missing Message; DTC U0126-87: Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module Missing Message; DTC U0129-87: Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module Missing Message; DTC U0131-87: Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module Missing Message; DTC U0293-87: Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module Missing Message [09/2020 - 11/2023]: Description

When a malfunction is detected between various ECUs and sensors, these DTCs are stored.

U0100-87 Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message While the vehicle is being driven at 5 km/h (4 mph) or more, a communication error between the ECM and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 6 seconds or more. CAN communication system
U0125-87 Lost Communication with Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module Missing Message for HV Model 
  1. While the vehicle is being driven at 5 km/h (4 mph) or more, a communication error between the yaw rate sensor and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 4 seconds or more.

for Gasoline Model 

  1. While the vehicle is being driven at 5 km/h (4 mph) or more, a communication error between the airbag sensor assembly and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 4 seconds or more.

U0126-87 Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module Missing Message 3 seconds or more after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the steering sensor and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 1 second or more. CAN communication system
U0129-87 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module Missing Message for HV Model 
  1. 3 seconds or more after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the No. 2 skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 1 second or more.

for Gasoline Model 

  1. 3 seconds or more after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 1 second or more.

U0131-87 Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module Missing Message 3 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the power steering ECU (rack and pinion power steering gear assembly) and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 2 second or more. CAN communication system
U0293-87 Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module Missing Message While the vehicle is being driven at 5 km/h (4 mph) or more, a communication error between the hybrid vehicle control ECU and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 6 seconds or more.
