DTC U0100-87: Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message; DTC U0125-87: Lost Communication with Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module Missing Message; DTC U0129-87: Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module Missing Message; DTC U0140-87: Lost Communication with Body Control Module Missing Message; DTC U0293-87: Lost Communication With Hybrid Powertrain Control Module Missing Message [12/2019 - ]: Description

These DTCs are stored if a CAN communication malfunction occurs between the forward recognition camera and other ECUs.

U0125-87 Lost Communication with Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module Missing Message The forward recognition camera does not receive data from the airbag sensor assembly for approximately 5 seconds or more.

U0129-87 Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module Missing Message For HV Model: 
  1. The forward recognition camera does not receive data from the No. 2 skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) for approximately 5 seconds or more.

For Gasoline Model: 

  1. The forward recognition camera does not receive data from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) for approximately 5 seconds or more.
 For HV Model: 
  • CAN communication system
  • No. 2 skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly)

For Gasoline Model: 

  • CAN communication system
  • Skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly)

U0140-87 Lost Communication with Body Control Module Missing Message The forward recognition camera does not receive data from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) for approximately 5 seconds or more.
