CASE 1

| (c) Permanent Fault Code | Not equal to commanded Fault Code |
| 2. Storing processing is more than 10 seconds | Not completed |
CASE 2

| 1. Either of the following conditions (a) or (b) is met | More then 3 times |
| (a) EEPROM communication timeout | Occurred |
| (b) Permanent Fault Code | Stored |
| 2. Clearing processing is more than 10 seconds | Not completed |
CASE 3
| Either of the following conditions is met | 1 or 2 |
| 1. Either of the following conditions (a) or (b) is met | 2 data or more |
| (a) EEPROM communication timeout (3 times) | Occurred |
| (b) Reading processing is more than 10 seconds | Not completed |
| 2. Permanent Fault Code data (10 times) | Mismatch |
