DTC U0129: Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module; DTC U0140: Lost Communication with Body Control Module; DTC U0293: Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module [02/2019 - 12/2021]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Vehicle Proximity Notification System / Trouble Codes.
5. Check for DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Vehicle Proximity Notification System > Trouble Codes 

   HINT: 

   When DTCs indicating a CAN communication system malfunction are output, perform troubleshooting for the CAN communication system before the vehicle proximity notification system.
