DTC P062F-46: Internal Control Module EEPROM Calibration / Parameter Memory Failure [11/2018 - 10/2023]: Procedure
- PERFORM REGISTRATION (ECU EXCHANGE)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Stop and Start / Utility / ECU Exchange.
Powertrain > Stop and Start > Utility
Tester Display ECU Exchange - According to the display on the Techstream, select "Step 1 Save" and then "Next" to download the ECU data from the engine stop and start ECU.

- PERFORM REGISTRATION (STARTER EXCHANGE, RESET A/C INFORMATION, DECELERATION SENSOR ZERO POINT CLEAR)
- Clear the number of starter operations.
- Clear the air conditioning information.
- Clear the zero point calibration data of the deceleration sensor.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Stop and Start / Utility / Deceleration Sensor Zero Point Clear.
Powertrain > Stop and Start > Utility
Tester Display Deceleration Sensor Zero Point Clear

HINT:
When initialization of the air conditioning information is complete, air conditioning information learning is automatically performed.
- Perform deceleration sensor zero point calibration.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Stop and Start / Utility / Deceleration Sensor Zero Point Calibration.

- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Start the engine and warm it up.
- Turn the air conditioning system off.
- Drive the vehicle at 7 km/h (4 mph) or more.WARNING:
When performing Confirmation Driving Pattern, obey all speed limits and traffic laws.
- Depress the brake pedal and stop the vehicle.
- Allow the engine to stop by stop and start control. (Keep the shift lever in D.)
- Release the brake pedal with the shift lever in D to start the engine.
- Check for DTCs.
