System Introduction

VINFAST-IDS is a complete diagnostic system designed to work across the various VINFAST models. Using the VCI tool with either USB or WIFI connection allows the user to communicate with the various ECU modules within the vehicle to determine vehicle specification, history and provide diagnostic functions. These functions allow the user to read diagnostic trouble codes to determine faults, read parameters, control input/outputs and read specific ECU information. ECU services are provided to allow ECU reset, programming, replacement and coding to allow new modules to work correctly after installed. This system should provide an easy to use interface for diagnostic services with VINFAST vehicles.
