Lane Centering Control (LCC)

Lane Centering Control (LCC) is a function available in VinPilot and in the lane assist functions Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) and Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK). The function is integrated in the S-cam software. From a lane width of 2.5 m and existing lane markings, the function keeps the vehicle in the center of the detected lane. The Lane Centering Control (LCC) is available on highway-like roads in the speed range 60 km/h to 130 km/h. The function keeps the vehicle in the center of the lane while maintaining either the speed set by the driver, the current speed limit, or a predefined distance from a vehicle ahead. Here, the system gives priority to the condition with the lower speed requirement.
