Deceleration Function
- Run engine until coolant temperature is at minimum of 140°F (60°C) and sensor gives resistance reading lower than 550 ohms. Unplug throttle valve switch connector.
- Connect male end of Jumper Plug (VW 1490) to female plug of harness connector. Accelerate engine slightly. Engine speed (RPM) must fluctuate. If not, replace ECU.
