Diagnostic mode 4: Reset/erase diagnostic data: Function
This diagnostic mode performs the following functions:
- all emission relevant malfunctions in DTC memory will be erased,
- the operating conditions at which a malfunction was stored will be reset, see DIAGNOSTIC MODE 2: CHECKING OPERATING CONDITIONS .
- all adaptation values are being reset,
- all test results of the diagnostic functions are being reset.
