Diagnostic Mode 0A - Check Permanent DTC Memory: Procedure

Erasing Permanent Fault Codes after code clear Service $0A - Permanent Fault Codes: can only be erased at the end of a driving cycle (during ECU keep alive time) if all the following conditions are fulfilled:
• NO FAIL since code clear
• Monitor result PASS
• Minimum trip conditions fulfilled....600 sec. (cumulative) engine on -
300 sec. (cumulative) vehicle speed > 25 mph (40 km/h)
30 sec. (continuous) idle
To erase Permanent Fault Codes after code clear, the vehicle needs to be driven !
