Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-: Installing

-- Install the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- -1- with new shear bolts -arrows-.

-- Tighten the shear bolts -arrows- evenly until the bolt heads shear off.

-- Install the steering column. Refer to Installing .

-- The Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- must be adapted, refer to the vehicle diagnostic tester.

25 anti-theft immobilizer 

Adapt electronic steering column lock 

Follow the instructions on the screen to perform the adaptation.

-- Perform the steering angle sensor basic setting using the vehicle diagnostic tester.
