Remove the Amplifier -R12-. Refer to Remove The Amplifier -R12- .
Remove the Bracket for the Amplifier -R12-. Refer to Remove The Bracket For The Amplifier -R12- .

Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester for repair work or Fault Finding.
Check all vehicle equipment (clock, convenience systems, etc.) after connecting the battery. Refer to BATTERY and/or the appropriate service/repair/system information.
If the control module is being replaced, select the Replacing function for the respective control module in Guided Fault Finding . Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
The Amplifier -R12- -1- enhances the sound of the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-.
The Amplifier - R12- -1- is a 10-channel amplifier.
Activation of the signal input -2- on the Amplifier - R12- -1- is performed using the speaker housing from the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-.
The Amplifier -R12- -1- is installed under the left front seat.
