ATF Cooler, Removing And Installing, Rectangular Version: Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - ATF CIRCUIT .

Install in reverse order of removal while paying attention to the following:

NOTE:

Always replace the O-rings.

-- Install the catalytic converter. Refer to EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM [For engine(s) DDSB, DDSA] or EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM [For engine(s) CVCA] or EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM [For engine(s) CVCA] or EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM [For engine(s) CPRA, CPKA] .

-- Connect the coolant hoses to the ATF cooler according the markings made during the removal.

-- Check the coolant level. Refer to COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT [For engine(s) CVCA] or COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT [For engine(s) CDVB] or COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT [For engine(s) CPRA, CPKA] or COOLANT SYSTEM/COOLANT [For engine(s) CPRA, CPKA] .

-- Install the battery tray and the battery. Refer to BATTERY .

-- Check the ATF level. Refer to ATF .

-- Install the engine cover and the air filter. Refer to AIR FILTER [For engine(s) DDSB, DDSA] or AIR FILTER [For engine(s) CDVB] or AIR FILTER [For engine(s) CPRA, CPKA] .
