Radiator Module, Assembling

Assemble the radiator module.

-- Bring the radiator blind -1- at the radiator -2- in installation position -arrows-. Do not click the radiator blind in place yet!

-- Install and lock the condenser/gas cooler -2-. Check for secure lock by pulling in the other direction.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the fabric blind of the radiator blind.

- Only push or pull the frame of the radiator blind.

-- Press the radiator blind -1- into the retainer outside at the frame.

-- Place the air guides -1- and -2- at the radiator and lock to one another -arrows-.

-- Check the lower retainer -3- for secure fit.

-- Place the fan shroud on the radiator and lock.

-- Install the radiator module. Refer to Radiator Module, Removing and Installing .

If the Radiator Blind Adjustment Motor -V711- was removed and installed:

-- Perform the "Radiator Blind Adjustment Motor, Adaptation" function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

If the Radiator Blind Adjustment Motor -V711- was replaced:

-- Perform the "Radiator Blind Adjustment Motor, Replacing" function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
