Undamaged window glass

-- Refer to Undamaged Window Glass, Preparing for Installation  .

New window glass

-- Refer to New Window Glass, Preparing for Installation  .

Continuation for all vehicles

-- Refer to Body Flange, Preparing for Installation  .

-- Follow the BONDED WINDOWS AND GLASS PANELS, INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS .

-- Note the MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS  .

-- Apply the window adhesive on the windshield all around. Refer to BONDED GLASS PANELS, MATERIALS .

Dimensions for bead diameter:

• Height = 10 mm ± 1 mm
• Width = 6.5 mm ± 0.5 mm

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Check the body gap dimensions using the Gauge - Gap Adjustment: 3371  . Note the BODY FRONT when doing this.

-- Perform the "Windshield, Removing and Installing" functions, using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
