Control Module/Digital Sound System Amplifier, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Raise the front seat into its highest position and then move it all the way back.

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Move the ignition key outside of the vehicle to prevent the ignition from switching on unintentionally.

-- Remove the expanding rivets -2-.

-- Slide the cover -1- evenly in the direction of travel and remove it.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -3- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -4- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Pivot the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- rearward out of the bracket.
