Threaded Bushing, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• Always drive out the threaded bushing from above in the direction of the steering shaft.

-- Insert the threaded bushing in straight.

-- Drive in the threaded bushing until stop.

-- Position the steering gear -1- on the subframe.

-- The steering gear threaded sleeves -2- must be inserted into the subframe holes -arrow-.

-- For vehicles with a level control system sensor, perform the basic setting using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
