The replacement part windshield frame is supplied without windshield wiper holes.

This Service Bulletin contains templates for marking up holes and instructions on how to position them correctly.

WARNING: TEMPLATES ARE NOT TO SCALE. They must be enlarged or reduced as necessary.

Copy templates onto transparent or overhead film.

NOTE: The old windshield frame can be used instead of foil templates.

WARNING: When drilling, protective eye wear should be worn.

Position the transparent template (or old windshield frame) on the new windshield frame.
Mark out the holes.
Drill guide holes.
Ream holes to 30 mm (1 3/16") using a conical drill. DO NOT use a hole saw. See Fig 1 .
File off holes before painting.
