Code 2-1-4 (Permanent/Magnet Generator Or Eng. Speed Sens. Signal)

Turn ignition off. Disconnect ECU connector and remove protective sleeve. Connect an ohmmeter between terminals No. 10 (Red or Blue wire) and No. 23 (Red or Blue wire). Resistance should be 215-265. If resistance is not within specification, check wiring. If wiring is okay, check sensor.
