Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-716D is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the temperature in the control module exceeds 115 °C.

Substitute Value 

The engine cooling fan (FC) runs at low-speed.

Possible Source 

• The air supply for the control module box is blocked.
