Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ABS-0080 is stored if the control module registers that the 30-supply from the control module main relay to the valves is missing.

Substitute Value 

• ABS system is blocked.
• No vehicle speed signal to the central electronic module (CEM).
• No vehicle speed signal to automatic transmission.
• The EBD function is disengaged.

Possible Source 

• Contact resistance in terminals.
• Fuse 11 defective.
• Open-circuit in power supply (30-supply) to control module #9.
• Defective control module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• ABS warning lamp lit.
• Anti-spin warning lamp lit.
• Brake circuit not functioning, warning lamp lit.
• Anti-spin does not function.
