Fault Conditions

ECM-8010 is stored if voltage from system relay exceeds 16.5 volts (high signal), drops below 9 volts (low signal) or is less than 2.5 volts (faulty signal) and that 3 minutes have passed since engine was started and vehicle has a speed.

A substitute value of 13.4 volts is used for a faulty signal. High signal and low signal symptoms do not have substitute values.

Engine will not start while ECM-8010 is set.
