Intermittent fault
- Ignition off.
Check the control module and transmission connectors for contact resistance and oxidation and remedy according to Contact resistance and oxidation .
Check the power supply cable between control module #A57 (#A57) and speed sensor connector #1 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .
Check the signal cable between control module #A39 (#A39) and speed sensor connector #2 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .
Remedy as necessary.
