Checking component and wiring

Check the cable between #A38 (#A38) and turbocharger (TC) control valve #2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary

Turbocharger (TC) control valve #1 has Ubat power supply from the system relay.
