Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-0068

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0068 is stored if the phone module (PHM) registers that there is no signal from the external SIM card reader.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0068 can be diagnosed with the ignition on (not key position 3) and when the battery voltage is 9-16 V.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the wiring between the SIM card reader and the control module
• Fault in the SIM card reader
• The SIM card holder is not properly pressed into the SIM card reader.

• The SIM card reader is not working.
