Checking Communication With The Driver Information Module (Dim)

HINT: The CAN communication with the control module is probably OK if the control module ID can be read off. The fault is probably intermittent and may therefore be difficult to locate.

• Try to communicate with the driver information module (DIM) by reading off the control module ID
• Use the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool)

• Continue
