Connecting The Breakout Box

CAUTION:

The voltage supply to the control module must be disconnected when disconnecting the breakout box. Failure to observe this procedure could seriously damage the control module.

Ignition off
Disconnect the transmission control module (TCM).
Connect adapter see 9511504 to transmission control module (TCM) connector and connect breakout box see 9511428 to the adapter.
NOTE:
Ensure that the adapter is the right way round - with the breakout box cable harness outwards towards the fender.
