• Ignition off.
• Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
• Ignition on.

  Activate and de-activate the relay.

Is there a clicking noise from the relay when activated and deactivated? 

• YES 

  VERIFIED:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
