Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-0066

Condition

The Phone module (PHM) checks the voltage on the SOS On Call switch.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The voltage on the SOS On Call switch is not the expected voltage.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition position 0, I and II.
• Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• The lead between SOS- and/or On Call-switch and Phone module (PHM) has an open circuit.
• The lead between SOS- and/or On Call-switch and Phone module (PHM) is short-circuited to voltage.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Volvo On Call/Other Volvo On Call problems
• Volvo On Call/Does not work
• Text window and warning symbol/Text message
