Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PHM-0082
Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the phone module (PHM) detects that the switch for ON CALL or SOS is pressed in for longer than two minutes.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on (not key position 3) and when the battery voltage is between 9-16 V. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed for a phone module (PHM) with Volvo On Call functionality.

- None. The phone module (PHM) makes a call to Volvo On Call Customer Service Center for as long as the switch is pressed in.
Possible Source
- The switch for Volvo On Call is stuck in the pressed in position
- Unintentionally long activation of the switch.
Fault symptom[s]
- No or reduced Volvo On Call functionality.
