Checking The Power Supply To The Transmission Control Module (TCM)

• Ignition on.

  Check that the transmission control module (TCM) is powered and grounded by switching on the ignition.

  The lighting on the gear selector panel must light.

Does the lighting on the gear selector light? 

• YES 

  Refer to CHECKING COMMUNICATION 

• NO 

  Refer to CHECKING THE WIRING AND CABLES
