Checking The Component And Wiring

Check the power supply cable. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

Take a reading at connector A for the phone module (PHM) between terminals #7 (#7) and #6 (#6).

Try replacing the carphone handset if no fault is found in the wiring.

Remedy as necessary.
