Checking Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCS) In The Central Electronic Module (CEM)
The DTC may be stored as a consequential fault for faults related to voltage supply for the fuel pump control module and fuel pump. Accordingly, check DTCs in the central electronic module (CEM). Rectify in accordance with the applicable fault tracing.
Conversely, the DTC in the central electronic module (CEM) can be stored as a result of the fuel pump control module, fuel pump, or input connectors and/or cable harnesses being defective or electrically short-circuited.
NOTE:
Any additional stored DTCs related to fuel supply are most likely to be consequential faults resulting from electrical faults, and therefore do not require separate fault tracing.
