The central electronic module (CEM) checks the communication with the antenna unit (RRX). The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if communication is disabled, despite several attempts.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• No power supply for the antenna unit (RRX)
• Open-circuit in the ground lead to the antenna unit (RRX)
• Open-circuit in the signal cable to the antenna unit (RRX).

Fault symptom[s] 

• Cannot be controlled with the remote control.
