Replacing the RTI control module

HINT: The RTI control module contains a number of settings that the users can program in themselves. If possible, these settings should be read off and noted down before the RTI control module is replaced. This is so that the same settings can be programmed into the new road traffic information (RTI) control module. 

Replace the RTI control module because an internal fault has been found.
