Removing the D-post panel

Remove: 

• The cover for the side panel. See Side panel, cargo compartment, replacing 
• the cantrail panel. See Panel, cantrail, replacing .

• Grasp the edge. Pull inwards so that the clips release (1)
• Detach the upper edge at the window so that the panel can pass the gas strut (2)
• Pull inwards so that the clips in the opening release (3)
• Lift upwards.
