The control modules exchange information over a network via a standardized serial communication interface - CAN (Controller Area Network). Control modules transmit and receive information. The engine control module (ECM) transmits a torque signal over the network. The ABS control module uses this to regulate the anti-spin system. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ABS-0094 is stored if there is a fault in the torque signal.

Substitute Value 

• Anti-spin function disengaged.

Possible Source 

• Fault in engine management system.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Anti-spin warning lamp lit.
• Anti-spin does not function.
