Checking the cable

• Ignition off
• Disconnect the connector from the central electronic module (HEM)
• Disconnect connector (9/13) from the front right seat heater.

  Check the signal cable between central electronic module (HEM) terminal #4C and front right seat heater (9/13) connector terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

  Remedy as necessary.
