Checking Components And Wiring

Check the cable between Central electronic module (CEM) #D11 and right light housing #C1 (10/2) for open circuit as well as short-circuiting to voltage.

HINT: The actuator motor is supplied with voltage via the parking lamp circuit. If the parking lamp does not function carry out the following checks: 

Check the main fuse, passenger compartment fuse and relay for the parking lamps.

Check that the right parking lamp bulb is intact.

Check the cable between passenger compartment fuse and light housing #A3 as well as light housing #4A and ground connection for open circuit.

Replace the right lamp housing if no fault is found.
