• Ignition off.
  • Replace relay 2/17
  • Activate the relay, press the horn
  • If the function is OK (the relay makes a noise), the cause of the fault was a defective relay (open-circuit or short-circuit the relay).

Was the function OK? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to Checking For An Open-Circuit Between the Control Module And the Relay
