Checking the Wiring

HINT: The wiring between the upper electronic module (UEM) and the rain sensor consists of two cables.
Windshield wiper stalk in position "0".
Check the cable between upper electronic module (UEM) terminal #13 (#A13) and rain sensor terminal #1. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

HINT: The upper electronic module (UEM) terminal #20 (#A20) is signal ground.

Remedy as necessary.
